Vegan French Toast
Try out this amazing vegan French toast recipe, it quick & easy to make, plus it tastes divine.
Equipment
- 1 Small bowl
- 1 Non-stick frying pan
- Spatula
- Whisk
Ingredients
- 1 cup Non-dairy milk or almond milk
- ½ tsp. Vanilla bean paste
- 4-5 slices Bread
- ½ tsp. Cinnamon powder
- Maple syrup optional
- A pinch of salt
- Icing sugar or powdered sugar
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Add the non dairy milk, vanilla bean paste, cinnamon powder, and salt into a small bowl and thoroughly whisk.
- The olive oil should then be added to a non-stick frying pan before heating it up.
- Place the bread in the pan after dipping it in the mixture, make sure the batter mixture covers both side.
- Once one side has been fried for 2-3 minutes, flip over and continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until light brown and crispy.
- Add powdered sugar and maple syrup as a garnish.
