Simple Vegan 7-Ingredient Waffles Recipe
If you fancy a quick but tasty vegan breakfast, then give this vegan waffles recipe a try, simple to make with only 7 ingredients.
You will need a waffle maker but once you have ones of these then you can make waffles in no time.
Waffles originated from Belgium but quickly became very popular worldwide, none more so than in America.
Normally waffles would not be considered healthy, this is mainly because they are made with plain floor, milk & lots of sugar.
However, vegan waffles are conciderably more healthy than non vegan waffles.
The reason for this is vegan waffles are made with plain flour but also with wholemeal flour as a 50/50 mix, they also are not made with cow’s milk nor sugar, as a sweetener we use maple syrup in this recipe.
